1. Service Description
mynaphoto.jp provides AI-powered ID photo processing services. We process uploaded photos to meet official document requirements including ICAO standards.
2. Photo Processing
Uploaded photos are processed automatically using AI. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee acceptance by all issuing authorities. We offer free remakes if your photo is rejected.
3. Payment
Payments are processed securely through our payment partner. We accept PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and credit cards. All prices are in Japanese Yen (JPY) and include applicable taxes.
4. Data Handling
Purchased photos are stored securely for 6 months after purchase and then permanently deleted. See our Privacy Policy for details.
5. Limitation of Liability
Our service is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect damages arising from the use of our service.
