By using mynaphoto.jp, you agree to the following terms.
1. Service Description
mynaphoto.jp provides automated ID photo processing services including background removal, ICAO compliance verification, and natural skin retouching. We support skin smoothing, blemish removal, and brightness adjustment, but never morph or generate facial features — your face shape, eyes, nose, and contours remain as photographed, so the photo stays recognizably you.
2. Photo Processing
Uploaded photos are processed automatically: backgrounds are removed, photos are verified against ICAO standards, and natural skin retouching may be applied. We support skin smoothing, blemish removal, and brightness adjustment, but never morph or generate facial features — your face shape, eyes, nose, and contours remain as photographed, so your photo stays recognizably you. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee acceptance by all issuing authorities. We offer free remakes if your photo is rejected, and a full refund if the issue cannot be resolved. 3. Payment
Payments are processed securely through our payment partner. For refund requests or any order-related inquiries, please contact us directly at info@mynaphoto.jp. We accept PayPal and credit/debit cards. All prices are in Japanese Yen (JPY) and include applicable taxes.
4. Data Handling
Purchased photos are stored securely for 6 months after purchase and then permanently deleted. See our Privacy Policy for details.
5. Limitation of Liability
Our service is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect damages arising from the use of our service.
