By using mynaphoto.jp, you agree to the following terms.
1. Service Description
mynaphoto.jp provides automated ID photo processing services including background removal and ICAO compliance verification. We do not use AI to modify, enhance, or generate facial features — your face remains exactly as photographed.
2. Photo Processing
Uploaded photos are processed automatically: backgrounds are removed and photos are verified against ICAO standards. Your facial features are never modified, enhanced, or generated — your photo remains an authentic representation of your appearance. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee acceptance by all issuing authorities. We offer free remakes if your photo is rejected, and a full refund if the issue cannot be resolved. 3. Payment
Payments are processed securely through our payment partner. For refund requests or any order-related inquiries, please contact us directly at info@mynaphoto.jp. We accept major credit cards and other common payment methods. All prices are in Japanese Yen (JPY) and include applicable taxes.
4. Data Handling
Purchased photos are stored securely for 6 months after purchase and then permanently deleted. See our Privacy Policy for details.
5. Limitation of Liability
Our service is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect damages arising from the use of our service.
