mynaphoto.jp guarantees a full refund if your ID photo is rejected by the issuing authority and we are unable to resolve the issue.
2. Photo Rejection by Authorities
A refund is available when your photo has been rejected by an official issuing authority (such as a passport office or immigration bureau), you have contacted our support team, and we were unable to produce a compliant photo.
3. How to Request a Refund
Email us at info@mynaphoto.jp with your order code and details of the rejection. If you have a rejection notice from the authority, please include it. We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
